Nostr fam, what’s the best resource for setting up a non-custodial LNURL? Or should I just wait until it gets easier with bolt12 or other developments?

I don’t get it, explain it to me. A friend told me to download nostr to see NIPs, I expected this to look like onlyfans and instead all I see is ostriches. What am I missing?
