Next week on Thursday I have orientation to start work at the same company I did my apprenticeship with… They put me through school I left right when i graduated the 4 year program… had to move out to Texas/ Arkansas for personal reasons . Family issues involving my daughter. Worked At huskyvarna in Arkansas for a few years… Then relocated to Virginia Beach to work for STIHL Did that gor a couple years Now I’m back in Alabama Fixing to start next Thursday at the same company where my career started. Except now I won’t be treated like an apprentice- And I won’t be getting apprentice pay. They offered me a competitive rate Especially for this area - I won’t find anywhere in the south making this much It’s crazy money - and I already know most of the guys in the shop Can’t wait to start Gotta get an oil change and a new pair of steel toe boots
