When you can get bone in skin on chicken thighs for 99¢/lb, you stock up. These were marinated in soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Sizzled them in the skillet a bit and they're in the oven with the broccoli, sweet potato, and shiitakes that had a splash of soy sauce and oil drizzled on 'em with some s&p. #foodstr
