Wish me luck, Jr has to bake and crumb coat a cake by Friday to decorate in class. Cake baking is okay, I can follow a recipe (it goes against my nature to follow a recipe, but I can do it...) but frosting is my enemy. There' s a reason I buy beautiful (and tasty) cakes from @Connie Cannoli who isn't active on nostr at all 😒. I need to make room in the fridge for chilling, picked that up fro GBBO - no frosting hot cakes!! #bakestr
