Shut up and knit (or crochet). I love making strings into things using sticks, hooks, time, patience, and a little bit of love (also frustration sometimes).
Just ate way too much red cabbage slaw. So simple, so satisfying. Rice vinegar and a little honey to knock the edge off (I've used sugar or maple syrup before) tossed with the shredded cabbage 🤤🤤. Sesame seeds for a dash of pretty. Crispy, crunchy, purpley goodness.
Blanket cocoon was too cozy this morning, had to do a morning tinkle then snuggled back in for morning reading...woke up 2 hours later from one of those sleeps where it's like wake from the dead. Damn you cozy blankies (shakes fist)!!
