Threw some frozen mango chunks in a pot with some lime juice and a little honey. Cooked it down and mashed up the mango...a bit of a mango compote thing...it was tasty. I want to try making it with some coconut water and put it on french toast

Sometimes you make a sauce that you just want to drink it. The mushroom, onion, and white wine sauce I made for the chicken the other day is one of them. Butter and flour are magical things when combined with some white wine and a bit of cream 🫄
