I've stopped drinking alcohol this month.. so 20 days in. I really wasn't drinking all that much before. However I feel like I'm already noticing benefits. I've been struggling with knee tendonitis and my knees are feeling better. My skin looks better. Can cutting even a small amount of alcohol make that much of a difference? 🤔 20/365
