“Gold led to the US dollar… because gold was captured when everyone left it with custodians. We have to fight that as Bitcoiners, or Bitcoin becomes a meme coin like gold. I worry we’re heading toward everyone putting their Bitcoin into exchanges… or ETFs.” ~ Chris Guida 🔗 Fountain: 🔗 YouTube: 🔗 Rumble: https://rumble.com/v71lx0o-chat-150-why-we-argue-with-chris-guida.html

We are currently 19.7% below the stock-to-Guy's-Xfollowers equilibrium price. A fantastic time to buy Bitcoin below the most reliable metric in all of chartology.

The fact that we all contribute, maintain, run, and protect the #Bitcoin network together, and have done so successfully for over 16 years without anyone "in charge," is f*ckng incredible when you really stop to think about it. No one is directing any of this. It's pure alignment of incentives through a brilliant economic protocol.

Vine is coming back… and it’s gonna be built on #nostr this time. Randomly found this *not* on Nostr, lol. Never seen Nostr in the wild before. @April McLaurin just saw this somewhere and sent it to me 😆 image

The average American spends 4 hours every day scrolling on their phone. For the younger generations its almost 6. If you don't include the time you have to sleep, that's between 90-130 days out of the year... spent just looking at our phones. If you could get that time back what would you do with it?

2007 US govt debt was $9T Today its $38T In 20 years it'll be ~$140-180T This is by merely extending a stable, non-partisan exponential trend that has held since the 70s. Are you hedging this or will you just watch living standards collapse & blame whatever scapegoat politicians throw at you?

I don’t think I’ve ever done anything with python and pip that didn’t result in an entire cascade of errors, failed installs, can’t use newest version, can’t write to disk, and a myriad other absurd errors. Then I go online and people are using these tools like you just double click something and it goes. What internet do you guys live in where any of this shit actually works?

What problem did we give more power to the govt to solve, that it actually solved? Seriously like which one just got a bill passed and boom, problem gone and nobody even talks about it or thinks about it any more?

They scammed us out of sound money that we can just save independently, and then forced us to hand our life savings over to giant corporations just to match the c̶o̶u̶n̶t̶e̶r̶f̶e̶i̶t̶ inflation rate. Then we complain about how big corporations are. image
