💥🙏 PRAYER 🙏💥
No man is greater than his prayer life. The pastor who is not praying is playing; the people who are not praying are straying. The pulpit can be a shopwindow to display one's talents; the prayer closet allows no showing off. Poverty-stricken as the Church is today in many things, she is most stricken here, in the place of prayer. We have many organizers, but few agonizers; many players and payers, few pray-ers; many singers, few clingers; lots of pastors, few wrestlers; many fears, few tears; much fashion, little passion; many interferers, few intercessors; many writers, but few fighters. Failing here, we fail everywhere.
The ministry of preaching is open to few; the ministry of prayer—the highest ministry of all human offices—is open to all. This world hits the trail for hell with a speed that makes our fastest plane look like a tortoise; yet alas, few of us can remember the last time we missed our bed for a night waiting upon God for a world-shaking revival. The secret of praying is praying in secret. A sinning man will stop praying, and a praying man will stop sinning. We are beggared and bankrupt, but not broken, nor even bent.
Prayer is profoundly simple and simply profound....In the matter of New Testament, Spirit-inspired, hell-shaking, world-breaking prayer, never has so much been left by so many to so few. For this kind of prayer there is no substitute. We do it—or die!

An Urgent Call to RevivalLeonard Ravenhill became one of the twentieth century's greatest authorities on revival, and the heart of his message...
Most of us have faults we don't really want to admit or face. But that day will come. It needs to. If only some of us did so sooner.
Do not say, “I will repay evil”; Wait for the Lord, and He will save you. Differing weights are an abomination to the Lord, And a false scale is not good. -- Proverbs 20:22-23 NASB
Do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from sleep; for now salvation is nearer to us than when we believed. -- Romans 13:11 NASB
This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success. -- Joshua 1:8 NASB
So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. -- Isaiah 55:11 NASB
Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away. -- Mark 13:31 NASB
I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. -- John 15:5 NASB
The King of the Universe tells us that our enemy will eventually take control of the world before God's return. If any of us think there is a force here that can change that outcome, we're deluding ourselves. The system and structure satan will eventually install will not initially appear evil or hateful. It will appear amazing, beautiful, full of unity, and the "ascension" of humankind. It's a good time to keep the real Word close.
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. -- 1 John 4:1 NASB
For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect. -- Matthew 24:24 NASB
