I have outdone myself… truly. Ever since devoting to eating only healthy food, lots of fruits, veggies, organically sourced meat, cooking almost everything from scratch — I could neveeeer go back to eating processed foods. Literally feels like poison.

What a relief that we don’t have to be so serious all the time and life can be playful and silly.

One of my main takeaways from Ask and it is given is that your emotions are simply here to show you where you are allowing or resisting the love of Source to flow through you. Any emotions that make you feel good are here to show you your actions and thoughts are in coherence with your inner soul being and thus here to allow more access to Source, while any emotions that make you feel bad tell you with which actions and thoughts you are resisting the ever present flow of Source. When you understand this you can consciously lift the resistance and become a conduit for Source energy at all times.
