Been reading one of Alison Armstrong books and wow… uncomfortable truth:
We say we want support, presence, devotion.
But when men actually show up, we often resist, correct, control, or dismiss.
Not because we’re cold but because we were taught:
“Be independent. Don’t need. Don’t receive.”
What if real growth is learning how to receive?
Let men be men.
Let women be soft.
I’ve sat in that living room so many times. Listening to the two of you honestly felt like being right back .
I’m still amazed by what Argentina has been through. I remember how shocked I was the first time I heard about the black markets… truly couldn’t believe it until I experienced it myself.
Loved that you got a tour through the old German house.
And the story of LaCrypta is as unique as its founder: it will always feel like home to me.
Argentina and Germany share a very special bond. @npub1qv02...ujnc
the flags are still hanging in the house 🇦🇷🇩🇪
Must watch.
The last two weeks I’ve been mostly in nature.
Cooking, cleaning, feeding the chickens, crafting doing things with my hands, looking after life.
There is something deeply powerful in that. Creating, caring, sustaining.
As much as I love my job,
sitting on a train full of people now feels very different 😅
We forget sometimes how alive and grounded we feel when we stop watching screens and start tending to life.
