I run 20 km or lift 100 kg and then I am starving till death Fasting is your healing part We don’t need doctors or medicine Everything is in us already Eating all the time makes us sick. That’s why „food“ is deigned to make us addicted. But I love to do sport - a lot🙄🙈 That’s my struggle Anyway 16 h is always possible

Back Home Madeira ♥️

Today I had a little airport drama. My luggage was way over the weight limit , around 50 kg in total 🤣 Honestly, why does hand luggage even exist if it sometimes allows 15 kg instead of 8 kg? 🙄 Somehow, I managed to avoid paying extra. The woman at the counter told me it would be 15 € per kilo. WTF: even melons aren’t that expensive. So I got creative: I split my stuff into several bags and gave some of them to friendly strangers who were sitting around waiting anyway. Everything else became “hand luggage,” which they didn’t check a second time. In most countries, things feel easy. In Germany, it feels like every peanut has to be counted 🙄 In Malaga I had 26 kg in one bag, and they did not even tell me, cause they did not care. German culture is so strict. Without any sense Lesson learned: creativity always pays off.

On my way to the next location, I did a quick inspiration store check, comparing vegan bar packaging for upcoming projects. It always starts with the why: why should someone buy your product? If you don’t clearly communicate that and don’t stand out your brand gets lost. Too many young brands rely on DIY AI or Canva identities. 🤯 In crowded markets, that’s a fast track to product death Branding is not nice colors or copy paste logos It’s a feeling You create an (e)motion in your clients heart. Don’t let KI destroy that chance to get chosen by your ideal client

The Saturday morning was a parc run I met a super interesting person from London. She’s travelling to all parc runs in the world 😂🤝 Haha Love it to meet these kind of people It was cold back in Germany But I know shorts are mandatory. Till -5 degrees long pants are too warm
