I set up a pull-up challenge and then I forget to post. 🤣 Sometimes I Can’t upload videos here and then I forget to post at all So 15th August Morning pull-ups 3x10 and the evening weighted pull-ups in the gym. Resolution Sunday run 🙃 I took a friend to her first 20 k run. The people here are soooo friendly. They are not strict with time like the „schwäbisch“ Stuttgarter 😬😅 and not stingy at all. And the dialect is so cute 😊😂
