Resolution Sunday run 🙃 I took a friend to her first 20 k run. The people here are soooo friendly. They are not strict with time like the „schwäbisch“ Stuttgarter 😬😅 and not stingy at all. And the dialect is so cute 😊😂

Sunday RUNDAY - Germany tour 😁 Ruhrgebiet Frankfurt Heidelberg Next Karlsruhe Sunday will always be the Run day Today I went to a Community Run in Heidelberg. We could test some trail running shoes. But I will stick to my old brand Altra. Zero drop. White toe box. The issue is real I could not find a running shoe that is a perfect match. 🙄
