Really like this quote. This is what many selfdescribed liberals do fall into.
I really am for liberal leaning politics. But for a social society, which gets rid of extortion.

How to learn my philosophy:
Start with some critical thinking on youtube with "TEDed the deomon of reason" miniseries
Start with Immanuel Kants techings, follow stoics, also very nice to read "happy" by Derren Brown, add dao techings to it
Follow this up by Podcasts like Darknet diaries and Jon Harbinger
On Youtube watch TEDx talks, Veritassium and Huberman Lab
Chronically offended by The Beave ๐

The war is terrible, it is caused by Russia and the sanctions are reasonable. But the US currently has not the capabilities to hold them up, while ensuring a strong economy at home. And this is why they put a temporary halt on Russian Disel sanctions.

What relation do you have with money? Without good data to proof, I can imagine that many people around the world have got very different interpretations, what money is and what it serves for.
Depending on the culture, regime of the central bank that defines the moneyexpansion and depending on how the economy performs.
I from my part would look at money as an intermediary for trust. I could give you something or help with something and trust that you will do the same, once I need you.
But with this story, my offerings would probably be limited to friends and family. Also it would be hard to get stuff from far away. I would probably not give my stuff to unknown people in an other city. Since I would not belief, that the other person could offer me something within a reasonable amount of time.
So when I give you somethin, lets say a kilo of fruits, you give me the money to offer me a reasonable proof, that I offered something you value.
With this proof I can go to anyone and exchange this proof for offering value (money) for something I see as valuable. Could be a new knife for my kitchen or soap to wash my hands.
So money offers the chance to trade with someone I have never met and maby will only meet once in my lifetime. And both me and the other person will get to be richer after the trade. When I buy, I get something that valued more than the money I payed. And when I sell, probably I appreciate the money more than using the goods myself.
So I would therefore describe money as a trustsystem, which laveregas trust and allows for more trade. And when every trade can be assumed as a win-win situation, humanity gets richer with more trade.
Maby this is one of the reasons, why Bitcoin was in a bear market for long now. Small hodlers just needed the value to keep themself alive. Luxury of savings are getting smaller for many people in the US.

Xould it be, that the agents could be all statists in our world an and the free world are the hackers?
And as long as free people are able to write programs, which are inpenetrable by statist, we can have opportunities.
What we look for we will find.
