This is such an important part in how to use AI. We should resist to use AI for everything. To use it to bring up the spontanuous idea. To use it to read and respond text. There is definitly usecases, to use it in order to support me in reading or writing. Maby AI can help pointing out shortcomoings of a text, of a study. And this is great to verify references. And can might enable me to expand on more content, to have a good view of different perspectives to look at a given problem. And in writing might it can help correcting me. But when I use it to propose text, it will take away my ability to actually forge arguments. Since it replaces this part of my process.
