This is why we should reason. Critiques are no enemies. They help to polish our arguments or getting rid of them, when they are illusions.
I am not my beliefs. Reasons and their conclusions can improve, when confronted with new evidence.
But I still keep being me, no matter how many viewpoints are shattered, how many I have to reconstruct.
But when I realize my theory is wrong, I can understand that there was no point in time, where my theory was true.
