What scary news. Who is in spraying those cameras? When a government is able to do criminal stuff, why should citizens not just do the same?

How to learn my philosophy:
Start with some critical thinking on youtube with "TEDed the deomon of reason" miniseries
Start with Immanuel Kants techings, follow stoics, also very nice to read "happy" by Derren Brown, add dao techings to it
Follow this up by Podcasts like Darknet diaries and Jon Harbinger
On Youtube watch TEDx talks, Veritassium and Huberman Lab
Chronically offended by The Beave 😎
Thank you for sharing the article. I think it is very important to bring this topic to all big media outlets in the next month. Be it with publicity, influencers, niche media like podcasters reporting on it or whatever.
There should be no EU parlamentarian, that does not see the great dangers of the new law. Day by day before the vote.
Lets build up the pressure and bring up this topic. Bring it up in medias comment sections.

Today I started reading the following article thinking: "What could be so critical about national park rangers?"
But when I heared, that Donald Trump orders historic museums, rangers and other representatives of US-history, to silence all parts that could potentially devide US-citizen, it was instantly clear, why this is a hot topic.
Not a single representative Ranger would have an interview with their real name, since they fear to loose their job on every critical mention against the current US government.
I hope all the people, which emphasized the importance of #freedomofspeech, when JD Vance was speaking in europe are as alerted as they were back then.
Whoever stays silence and accepts such a regime is part of the orwellian regime. Lets show the strength of #nostr to the world when it is most needed. Lets bring those #rangers to nostr to speak up in anonymity. Write the silenced history in longform posts, Wikipedia and other worldwide storages, before some of those stories are lost for ever.
This is a time to defent public knowledge from a government that openly denies the nations history.

Die FED ist weltweit schon oft taktgebend. Würde mich erstaunen, wenn es bei Bitcoin anders wäre.

Prefer critique, before good feelings. Since when your certainty is only based in the lack of critique, it is vulnerable anyway.

I just thought about the controvercy of #security and #opensource.
These are quiet contrarian concepts. Digital security makes sure, stored information is only accessible to a defined circle of people, while opensource has the goal that everyone has access to given information.
I concluded, that opensource contributors are individuals, which care more about the common good then about individual privilege. They gift their knowledge to everyone to improve chance equality.
On the other side, individuals which try to protect their innovations with security, privacy and intellectual property laws, prefer individual privilege over the common good. Therefore they put as much hurdles to the spread of their knowledge, so they can make profits from their knowledge advantage.
As newer an innovation is, as easier it is to hold it private and protected. And over time more and more competitors will make their best to come up to speed with the most innovative product. And once too many companies and individuals understood a profitable concept, the innovation will eventually converge into opensource knowledge.
I think it is never a question if some innovation will be opensourced. The question is only when this will happen.
This seems very concerning. A nation state has to invest far too much money to hack every citizens phone with expensive 0-day exploits. But it is far more feasable to just target cirical journalists. Quiete a low effort to spy them and make sure journalists have a hard time to make public, what is done with the peoples tax money.
Therefore no democratic heart or brain on this earth could want that journalists are targeted by state surveillance. Since they are a very rare primary resource for transparency, where it is needed.
No democracy without the freedom of the press.

Thanks @Jordan S
For your question I came for myself to a very simple universal definition of fair:
1. All participants can enter and exit freely.
2. All participants have transparent access to all rules.
3. Cheating can not be more profitable than playing along the rules.
