I know so often every kind of critique feels like a personal attack. Since many connect their actions very closely to who they are. But I say, we are not our actions! We are not our body! We are not our ethnicity! We are not our culture! We are conscious beings and can change for good! We are humane and have the best intentions! We commit mistakes, rarely have the best methods, but we want to find them. So let's find them together. Let's help the people around me through open, constructive criticism.
