Like in a very small part, so one would have to know about it and zoom in. Like this these videos and pictures can be shared with deniability to not be willingly be sharing #CCP #critical data, since one is only sharing given picture or video. Maby only after some time, one could share explanations, where to find such information. So at this point many people have those pictures on their computers or phones already and can find those stories. So this would allow activists to share information in a kind of randomized way and others could probably find the information, when they want to, while having deniability to be part of the activity, for not knowing about the hidden information.
