I'm going zap crazy today.

My advice to everyone on Nostr is to try to follow everyone back everyone who follows you. Don't worry about your ratio yet; we are still so early. Everyone who is on the site now is worth following. I even follow back people on Twitter who have few followers who I know are on Nostr. Speaking of which, if you follow me on Twitter and I don't follow you back, let me know here and I'll remedy it.

I've zapped 43,847 sats this morning. I still have some sats in my wallet. 😉

So, I have 30,000 sats I have to figure out who to zap to this morning.

A lot of people focus on earning zaps. But a good way to get notifications is to buy them. And that's going to be a huge part of Nostr. So here we go. I'll show you how it works. Whoever posts the best meme below will receive a 10,000 sat zap. I'll pay it tomorrow. But some of you will get smaller zaps for good runners up. 😉

I was around during the fork wars, and I did my part. My node followed the original chain, and I sold all my BCH and #Bitcoin gold for #BTC. This might not sound like much now, but selling the forks was taking a real risk. I had to rely on my understanding to know which side would win. It wasn't obvious like it is today. Those of you who are new to the space, your time will come. Keep up with the current BIPs, run a node, and contribute to the revolution in a positive way. We need you.

I'm interested in what investments will look like in a #Bitcoin world. I foresee a time when investments are way more limited, focused, and intelligently deployed. No more gambling with 401ks; saving for retirement will just be hodling BTC. Investments will be more researched and understood by investors. The risk will have to be less than it is now because we will always be able to get a good return on our BTC savings. Imagine the wealth that will be created if capital were much more intelligently invested.
