Dumb question but is there a recommended central #hub for discovering and tracking your #nostr apps?

Really grateful for @SatoshiGuy and @paul keating for putting me on to the @Club Orange. I’ve only been on Nostr for a couple weeks, but had been looking for groups of bitcoiners to meet up with for years and had almost no success through Meet Up in the different places I lived. Already in two weeks on the Orange Pill app I’ve been able to get connected with a group of 70 fellow-Bitcoiners that live in the same area of Atlanta. We have our own group chat with all kinds of unique events to that group, people share good reads related to BTC and BTC-adjacent stuff, it’s a great place to ask questions, etc. Have no idea what will come of this particular group long-term, but this is one more example of how the #nostr network differentiates itself in terms of the quality of connections you are capable of creating on here, and quickly! But like anything you get out what you put in, so the more doors you’re willing to knock on and explore, the more meaningful your experience will be on Nostr as a whole. X and @primal aren’t even in the same realm when you think about all the bot slop, censorship and bad faith interactions that take place on there. Though X has way more content overall and still serves a purpose for me in a lot of niche areas / people I follow, it has nowhere near the depth, like-mindedness and true community that Nostr has thanks in large part to apps like Primal and Orange Pill.

Question: Is anyone on here working on a vacation rental app on here? Or could you at least tag someone who is really knowledgeable on here who may be able to provide any info on it? Appreciate it! Worst case scenario, as someone who has only been on here two weeks, I hopefully can get some good recommendations in the comments of knowledgeable Nostr folks who are worth a follow. Any re-posts so that I can get more follow recs in the comments would be appreciated. #nostr is a special place. It doesn’t take long to see that. One of the clearest signs of how soft we’ve become as a society: Total strangers frequently feel the need to tell my kids, right in front of me, to stop doing something because it’s not “safe”. This happens to me all the time with my boys when they’re jumping off stuff at parks, climbing trees, wrestling with each other, etc. Young, old, men, women, it doesn’t matter. Often I don’t even think people realize what they are doing, it’s just so ingrained to avoid any semblance of danger or any possibility of risk. Got so much as a Dad that I don’t understand or am not great at, but one thing I do know is that I will do everything I can to instill courage, resilience and anti-fragility into these kids. Takes a lot of intentionality in this bubble wrap culture though.
