This document is a public notice (Circular S.V. SG. N° 006/2025) issued by the Superintendencia de Valores (Securities Superintendency) of the Banco Central del Paraguay, dated February 24, 2025. It addresses the general public regarding the status of cryptocurrencies in Paraguay.
