One aspect of #Nostr and #Bitcoin I find very compelling in the long run is that it allows you to relax and live life in your very own natural rhythm. You wanna take a break in nature, let the experience sink in before you share? Good, no central algorithm punishes you for inactivity on Nostr. You are right back where you left off. You wanna relax, earnings are enough and there's no need to grow your business right now? Family is more important or you wanna focus on your spiritual development. Great, if you run on Bitcoin you are not forced to outrun inflation and make regular investment maintenance decisions. Chill. Your energy is yours. You are free to do you. This is invaluable 🙏

Bitcoin education has already come a long way. I remember my goosebumpy, wide smile, economic revelation strolls in the forest with @Michael Saylor in my ears on @Robert Breedlove 's podcast. Bitcoin was the superior money with the potential to fix our economic system then. Ice bath off grid in the scorching summer heat? This is how we do it in the land of the Spartans. Picked up (n)ice cold water from the mountain spring. Pumped it into our travel bath tub. Added ice from the store (our freezer is too small). A couple of deep breaths, mind focused ... aand enjoyed the sunset. Gradually increased cold exposure is a stressor that raises your adrenalin levels ... short-term, the way nature prepared your body to handle it. It makes you overall more resilient to environmental conditions, and increases cell energy levels, especially in the heart, brain and muscles.
