Ice bath off grid in the scorching summer heat? This is how we do it in the land of the Spartans. Picked up (n)ice cold water from the mountain spring. Pumped it into our travel bath tub. Added ice from the store (our freezer is too small). A couple of deep breaths, mind focused ... aand enjoyed the sunset. Gradually increased cold exposure is a stressor that raises your adrenalin levels ... short-term, the way nature prepared your body to handle it. It makes you overall more resilient to environmental conditions, and increases cell energy levels, especially in the heart, brain and muscles.

And the common easiest way is to burn them in open fires.
