VOS — Dividend & Growth Play | Target 1 Hit, Target 2 in Sight First Entry: €40 (2020) Second Entry: €53 (March 2025) Current: €79.50 Unrealized Gain (2020): +98.8% Dividends Captured: €4.70/share Total Return (2020 entry): +110.5% Target 1: €83 ✅ Hit Target 2: €99.70 🎯 Only +25% away Target 1 is in the bag. Target 2 is now within striking distance, just **+25.4%** from current levels. That said, I'm not fully confident we get there. This infrastructure play could come under pressure as #France and #Germany continue to mismanage resources with increasingly #bizarre #political decisions and #narratives playing out across Europe. But here's the bull case: trains will always run. The tools, tracks, and infrastructure components will always be needed. And #Vossloh is well-positioned in Asian markets, if I remember correctly, that exposure could sustain their growth trajectory regardless of #European dysfunction. I don't hold any shares anymore, exited way too early. But I track this one closely for two reasons: 1. It was a cornerstone of my #Dividend Playbook 2. A friend still holds shares, so I keep an eye on it for him Recent fundamentals remain strong: Q3 EBIT up +13.4%, €600M raised for the Sateba acquisition, and growing recognition as a climate-tech play in sustainable transport infrastructure. One I got right on the thesis, even if I didn't ride it all the way. Target 2 looks achievable, the question is whether European headwinds slow it down. #dividendplay #stockpicks @ForexTherapy

⛏️ SQM — Long-Term Lithium & Dividend Play Approaching Target 1 **Entry:** $33.57 *(August 2024)* **Current:** ~$79 **Unrealized Gain:** **+135%** **Dividends Captured:** ~$0.40/share **Target 1:** $115 *(72% of the way there)* **Target 2:** $405 *(long-term thesis)* Mining plays test your patience. The CapEx is enormous, projects take years to become profitable, and the volatility is relentless. Every position I've held in this sector has been a slow grind, SQM is no exception. But here's the thing: global lithium demand projections haven't changed. EVs, grid storage, and electrification are accelerating. Chile's Atacama salt flat remains one of the lowest-cost lithium sources on the planet, and the recent Codelco-SQM joint venture approval strengthens their long-term position. Target 2 looks unrealistic *today* but zoom out 5-10 years and it's not crazy if lithium supply tightens and demand follows projections. Approaching first target. Will reassess at $115 for partial profit-taking. This remains one of my top picks in the sector. 🔋 #ev #lithium #dividendplay #dividend #stockpicks #mining #bitcoin #btc #nostr #plebchain #pleb #boost #stacksats #lightning #zaps #plebs @ForexTherapy

🎯 #AEO Trade Closed — Target Hit + Dividends Captured Entry: $10.41 (July 24, 2025) Exit: $25.18 Capital Return: +141.9% Dividends Captured: $0.25/share (2 quarters) Total Return: +144.3% Textbook dividend play execution. Captured both the October and January distributions while riding the full price recovery. With the target reached, I'm taking at least 50% off here. Last ex-div was January 9th, so we're fully clear to liquidate without missing any upcoming payout — giving us flexibility to reload on retracements and build a fresh position ahead of the next ex-dividend date. Clean setup, clean execution. Price appreciation + passive income = the combo. 💰 #dividend #investing #stockpicks #dividendplay #exit #bitcoin #btc #nostr #plebchain #pleb #boost #stacksats #lightning #zaps #plebs @ForexTherapy

The U.S. just cut 200 NATO command positions while rushing THAAD batteries and carrier strike forces to the Persian Gulf. One theater contracts. Another expands. Same finite resource pool. This is strategic bandwidth under tension. Most leaders don't see this pattern in their own operations until the system breaks. You're fully committed in Market A. Opportunity explodes in Market B. You pull resources. Market A destabilizes. Market B gets half-measures. The ripple you ignore becomes the crisis that consumes you. Military strategists call this "strategic overstretch." In business, it just looks like "growth" until the day it doesn't. The question isn't whether you can do both. The question is whether your system is designed to shift weight without collapse. Can you redeploy a senior leader without destabilizing their original function? Can you reallocate budget without creating resource conflicts that slow both initiatives? Can you scale one vertical while maintaining another without hidden degradation? Most can't. Because they've never stress-tested the load-bearing structures. They've never mapped the actual dependencies. They've never built the backup systems that allow strategic flexibility. So when the moment comes, they either miss the opportunity or fracture the foundation. The military doesn't wing this. Every redeployment is gamed. Every shift is modeled. Every capability gap is accounted for before the order is given. Your business needs the same rigor. If you're scaling, entering new markets, or planning any major strategic shift, and you haven't stress-tested your operational architecture for what breaks when you reallocate resources, you're not planning for growth. You're planning for controlled collapse. Strategic flexibility isn't about having more. It's about knowing exactly what holds when you move the weight. #StrategicOperations #SystemsThinking #BusinessArchitecture #OperationalExcellence

Most traders think distress tolerance means toughing it out. It doesn't. DBT distress tolerance is about surviving emotional crises without making them worse. Not fighting the pain. Not reacting impulsively. Not revenge trading your way out of discomfort. The skill is this: Tolerate the distress long enough to act skillfully instead of reflexively. Three DBT distress tolerance techniques for traders: Radical Acceptance Accept the losing trade as fact, not failure. The market did what it did. Your account is where it is. Fighting reality only adds suffering to pain. Self-Soothing Step away from the screen. Regulate your nervous system before you touch another position. Physical relief creates mental space. Pros and Cons Before you double down, list the consequences. Not just financial. Psychological capital matters more than account balance in the long run. Distress tolerance isn't passive. It's strategic restraint under pressure. The difference between a trader who blows up and one who survives drawdowns? Distress tolerance infrastructure. ForexTherapy tracks your emotional state before, during, and after every trade. Psychology Coach analyzes patterns using DBT frameworks. You're in back-to-back meetings. You're answering every Slack thread. You're reviewing every deck. And the business still feels stuck. Here's what changed when I stopped being the center: I stopped answering questions I'd already answered twice. I built decision rhythms so my team knew when and how to move. I delegated ownership, not just tasks. The result? Faster execution. Fewer bottlenecks. More time to actually build. Sovereign leadership isn't about doing more. It's about designing systems that work without you in the middle. If you're scaling and still the blocker, something's broken. The fix isn't hustle. It's structure. #Leadership #Operations #SystemsThinking #PurposeDrivenLeadership

The trader who can watch themselves trade wins. Not just watching the chart. Watching the watcher. Observer consciousness is the psychological infrastructure that separates reactive traders from regulated ones. Most traders are fused with their emotional states. They don't experience fear. They become fear. They don't notice greed. They are greed. The difference? The ability to create separation between the observing self and the experiencing self. This isn't suppression. It's not detachment. It's presence with distance. When you can witness your emotional response to a losing trade without collapsing into it, you've built the foundational skill of self-regulation. When you can observe the impulse to revenge trade and name it instead of act on it, you've accessed psychological leverage. Observer consciousness is trained, not inherited. It requires: Daily emotional state tracking (awareness before the trade, not just after the damage). Post-trade psychological review (what did I feel, when did I feel it, what did I do with it). Pattern recognition over time (the same triggers appear again and again until you see them). The Daily Report Card at ForexTherapy builds this exact infrastructure. Rate your emotional state before you trade. Track your discipline adherence during. Reflect on your psychological edge after. Over weeks, patterns emerge. Your triggers become visible. Your observer gets stronger. You start seeing your reactions before they control you. That's mastery. Not the absence of emotion. The capacity to witness it. AI won't replace your team. It will expose which processes you thought were working. The companies winning in 2026 aren't the ones with the most AI tools. They're the ones who fixed their operations first. What's one process you've automated recently that revealed a deeper operational gap? #AI #OperationalExcellence #Leadership #FutureOfWork #SystemsThinking

NATO just deployed 10,000 troops across Central Europe for Steadfast Dart. The US positioned a carrier strike group toward the Middle East. European allies sent military personnel to Greenland. All in the last 72 hours. Every visible deployment creates a decision paradox. Show too much force, you signal fear and escalate tensions. Show too little, you invite miscalculation. The sweet spot keeps moving based on what adversaries think you're willing to do, not what you're actually capable of doing. This is the force projection paradox. Modern military positioning isn't just about hardware placement. It's about managing perception gaps between capability, intent, and willingness across multiple audiences simultaneously: adversaries, allies, domestic populations, and your own command structure. The challenge compounds when you're operating in multiple theaters at once. Your carrier group near Iran sends one message to Tehran. But Beijing watches how much capacity you're pulling from the Indo-Pacific. Moscow tracks whether NATO's eastern positioning is genuine deterrence or theater. Every move is a data point in someone else's decision calculus. Most strategic failures don't come from weak capabilities. They come from misread signals about willingness to use them. The operational lesson for any organization operating under competitive pressure: your visible moves create the context for everyone else's next decision. Position clearly enough to deter. But not so rigidly that you trap yourself in commitments your system can't sustain. Strategic positioning is a continuous recalibration between capability, perception, and optionality. What signals are your current market positions sending? What decision paradoxes are you creating for competitors? More importantly, what are you assuming about their willingness based solely on their visible capacity? The gap between what they can do and what they will do is where miscalculation lives. #StrategicThinking #SystemsThinking #OSINT #Leadership #Strategy #OperationalExcellence #Geopolitics

I've been posting a lot lately. With all this AI #hype and automation, you'd think I'm just auto-generating everything. So how do you know it's really me? Well, you don't. But here's the thing. AI is great for scheduling and fixing my typos. But AI will never be relatable. You know why? Because AI has never sat on the toilet at 3 AM staring at the wall. Wondering why that speck of dust formed with the other specks of dust. In a way that somehow resembles a face. Now that's relatable. Every human reading this has had that moment. Either doing number one or number two. Or in human words, taking a huge sh*t. Come on, don't lie. I know you've been there. We've all been there. What kind of shapes have you seen on the tiles of your floor? Or the wall of your bathroom? #StillHuman #3AMThoughts #RealNotAI

Traders think they have a strategy. What they actually have is a loose collection of preferences. The proof? Ask them to code it. Not for automation. Just to force precision. Because when you write it down as logic, you see the gaps. The 'I just know when to enter' becomes 15 unspoken assumptions. The 'trade what you see' becomes 30 uncodable biases. ForexTherapy's Playbook Coder isn't about replacing you. It's about revealing what you actually do versus what you think you do. Turn your edge into architecture. Your discipline into structure. Your psychology into repeatability. The market doesn't reward complexity. It rewards clarity. Do you have a strategy or a feeling? Cut winners early because you're protecting against imaginary loss. The trade moves 10 pips in your favor. Your brain codes it as money you now own. Exit pressure spikes. You're not taking profit. You're avoiding the pain of giving it back. That's loss aversion, not strategy. @ForexTherapy

Your trading journal is emotional intelligence made visible. Most journals capture what happened. ForexTherapy's Daily Report Card captures what you felt before it happened. Before the trade: Rate your emotional state (1-5). During the trade: Log real-time emotions as the setup plays out. After the trade: Reflect on the gap between plan and execution. You're not logging trades. You're building a dataset that reveals your psychological edge. Over time, patterns emerge: You trade best between 8am-11am. You take profits early after three green days. You ignore stop losses when you're "confident" at 4/5. Elite users send this data to Psychology Coach. It becomes therapy. #TradingJournal #EmotionalIntelligence #TraderMindset Start your DRC today. Do you remember when it all started? All this AI we live with now. I remember those first images that really hit mainstream. I think it was #Google. AI reinterpreting a dog or something. Bright colors. LSD trip visuals. You remember that? Those were the days. Our phones were still phones. We were sending messages and taking pictures already, sure. But times were different. A lot less complicated. And yet a lot more complicated at the same time. Things are so much easier nowadays. At least they can be. Take a chance to reminisce. Take some time. Remember your memories. Refresh them. Keep them alive. Write about them. Younger people don't even know what a cassette is. Or a VHS tape. Let them know. Let them experience it. It's all knowledge. It's all worth something. Those small moments back in the day you might have taken for granted. When you thought things were going down the drain. When everybody would still call you a conspiracy theorist for talking about chemtrails. Now it's common knowledge. Official government program. Been that way for ages. Public knowledge now. You won't get banned for writing about it anymore. And most likely those same people who called you crazy 20 years ago? They completely acknowledge it now. They'll swear they never called you a conspiracy theorist. Anyway. Just another episode of me rambling. #Rambling #Remember #TimesChange

Change management without operational discipline is theater. Most companies confuse planning decks with execution capacity. Real change happens when systems drive behavior, not the other way around. Structure first. Emotion second. Metrics always. If your transformation lacks clear MTTR and governance workflows, you're not managing change. You're managing hope. What's your take? #ChangeManagement #OperationalExcellence #SystemsThinking
