Running your own #bitcoin #node is a magical feeling. Being able to watch txs and blocks come and go on your own private mempool.space instance. Knowing you have your own copy of the blockchain, and that you can broadcast your own txs to the network privately. It's just neat.

#bitcoin Block 809908 a palindromic block!

My problem at the moment with using #bitcoin for payments is that I don't want anyone to know both my name/address AND the fact that I own bitcoin. Whirpool goes some way towards helping with the total account balance privacy side of things, but until bitcoin is ubiquitous there is always a chance of making yourself into a honeypot for bad actors.

Good lord the last episode of #Invincible make me do an actual cry. What a brilliant show.

I'm sure the trains in England never used to suck this much.
