Decline chest press

It's only my second trip back to the #gym since putting my back out about three weeks ago.
I havnt lost much size (if any) but im definitely feeling weaker! But I'll keep up with the stretches my osteopath gave me, and try not to push my self too hard.
It's mostly just picking the weights up that worries me, as none of the exercises i do effect the lower back, but pick that weight up wrong....
My intentions for the day:
Cleaning
Go to the #gym (chest and shoulders)
Do paper work/filing
Play some video games.
