I just wanted to share a quick thought with everyone that has had a positive impact on me recently.....you know how we always talk about self-care and prioritizing ourselves? One thing that can often be overlooked is getting our yearly blood work done. 🩸
It helps us track our health, detect potential issues early, and understand how our lifestyle choices impact us.
Consider scheduling a check-up if it's been a while and setup yearly follow up appts with your doctor. Stay healthy, friends! 💪🤙

Today I learned that setting personal boundaries can be crucial for our well-being, even when it involves distancing ourselves from our own family members. It's important to remember that blood ties don't automatically dictate the relationships we need to maintain in our lives. By prioritizing our emotional and mental health, we can make the tough decision to separate ourselves from overbearing or toxic family members.
I'd like to thank coffee and Friday for making this beautiful morning possible.🙌
Coffee!! Anyone want any coffee??!!!

@Ryan Maher hello good friend! 🤙🏽
Any takeaways from the NFL draft tonight? I'm pretty excited that Anthony Richardson who went to my high school in Gainesville, Florida and went on to play quarterback for the University of Florida. He was drafted number four overall. He's headed to Indianapolis which isn't the best franchise but happy for him nonetheless. #nfldraft #gators #nfl
RIP to Harry Belefonte. I have fond memories of my dad playing his record back in the 80s growing up. #legends 🙏

I don't want to be forced into all zaps. Give me choice.
