I used to make fresh bread, bagels and sweet treats every week but they were frequently on the dry, crumbly side and my weight was not benefiting. Today however, I was craving homemade bread and not the shop brought stuff, so I got stuck in with multiple recipes. It's safe to say hard work and dedication pays off because my bagels this week are super soft and my buns are super gooey. I also opted for flatbread instead of a big loaf because it normally ends up going to waste or becoming a massive batch of croutons. I'm currently in the middle of mastering homemade tortilla wraps, lumpia, empanadas and corn shells. It's the little pleasures and processes that bring me so much joy. May Monday be the start to a very prosperous week. Namaste. x image

This week has been incredibly interesting. I have been challenged immensely to repeatedly give to myself, give back to me. In all my years of life and after dedicated radical self love. I still haven't mastered giving and receiving in relation to the SELF and solely the SELF. If you've felt blocked and stunted in your reality consider how much you actually give to YOU. How much are you receiving from the world? Do you feel worthy of what the world really has to offer you, if you allow it? How much do you give back to you vs how much you give back to others? Are you compassionate of you and your needs? This won't resonate with everyone because most people are takers. Many give for a return, self fulfillment, reputation or approval. Yet, for those of us who sacrifice the external for internal peace. Leading to little or less for a reduction in stress because having, has consequences that make you a target. So you repeatedly 'starve it' take the hard hit, for peace. That's the BEAST. DON'T LET IT WIN! EVEN IF IT'S JUST THE INNER VOICE WITHIN. Energetic SIN is denouncing your WIN. Your glory, saying please just ignore me because you could do without the BULLSHIT it brings. Yet, your meant to SING. SHINE. All because the words NO are hard to find for you. Shouldn't mean you allow a lesser reality to define you. It's your TIME to SHINE through. WINE and DINE you. 🍷✨👌🏾 Celebrate your excellence today and give all of your love, hardwork and devotion back to you. It's long overdue. Find fulfillment and satisfaction in what only you can do, for you. Bless you, Pray for you, Donate to you, Spoil you, Treat you, Love on you. Namaste x image
