Lets go do some history on it the phrase was first marketed to ensure trust without explanation. It's been measured to be successful because people question themselves when faced with a dilemma. To be curious but skeptic where one must know more before making a decision coming up against something that is in progress or is complete which requires pateron or upfront investment with vague descriptions. It's a good question to ask why should we trust someone or join cause for something that cannot explain itself or be explained by the leader. It's important to understand a motive that may be used when one says such a phrase. The person who is running the operation may know the steps of everything they need to do as every detail has been planned out which may have a time schedule in a yearly span. There are people who attempt to plan a year out with daily goals met by weekly to monthly goals throughout the year. Not everyone wakes up wondering what they are going to do today. It could also be a marketing tactic to targeted individuals, groups, or categories in which the marketer designates people into types. As a marketer your job is to do research into what different people feel & react to news. A great advertiser once said what we do here is so powerful because we do something for people that most of them cannot do for themselves which is to feel something.
