Yesterday, we laid my grandfather to rest. He was a great man who taught me so much about life, faith in Jesus, and the importance of humility. But one thing he definitely was not—a cook! This might be the only recipe he truly mastered: eggs in toast, or as some call it, “toad in the hole.” Made this today in his honor. I’m traveling this week to a funeral of my grandfather. He was 95. Can you imagine the changes we will see by the time we hit 95? At 95, he lived through such incredible changes - from a world without computers to smartphones, from the early days of television to streaming, from the space race to private space travel.
