"The bill also holds an 'information content provider or interactive computer service' liable for damages 'arising from the distribution, transmission, or display of harmful material to a minor if, knowing the character and content of the material, the provider or service knowingly or intentionally benefits from participating' in disseminating the 'harmful material' by 'facilitating, aiding, encouraging, or contributing to' the dissemination 'in a manner that: (1) is readily accessible to minors; or (2) includes a minor’s visual image, audio voice, or participation in any manner.'" Notice they've covered by Nostr clients and relays. And I doubt "I didn't look at the Kind 1984 events" will be a viable defense… WHO YOU VOTE FOR MATTERS!!

I'm actively working on getting a porn-friendly, #nostream based Nostr relay up and running. Unfortunately my server is CentOS 7 which has an incompatibility with one of the requirements for nostream, so my host is building a new server for me. When I'm migrated over I should should be able to get the relay up and running pretty quickly. Hopefully our relay will be the first porn industry relay. 🤞
