I’ve been touching a lot of grass this Summer, spending quality family time, devices away, being present and it’s been incredible. Being more aware of that subconscious addiction to our devices even when it comes to Nostr has been an eye opener. A healthy balance can be struck. With September here now I’m looking forward to connecting with everyone on Nostr again.

Last night I purposefully and willingly broke a 6 month Zero Alcohol experiment. I feel like shit this morning.
