Got a Pixel 8, installed Graphene OS (single user, no play services), ported all my media, data and apps over from my pixel 5 that was running CalyxOS (w/ microG and work profile enabled) It's been 3 days and so far I am not impressed at all. Battery life is terrible, as soon as I do anything on the phone it gets hot. I know there can be a million variables for reasons why but is this just a new Pixel thing? Reading more now I see the Pixel 6 and 7 had similar issues particularly the 6 series... My 2.5 year old Pixel 5 with hundreds of battery cycles running way more shit has better battery life and doesn't feel like a hot potatoe. Need to investigate further 🤔

BORDER WALLETS are incredibly powerful and I don't see them talked about much. Highly under rated. The thought of airline travel with a seed phrase anywhere on me or my luggage in any physical form gives me the creeps. @BTC Map has been a massive beneficial resource to find bitcoin accepting merchants in El Salvador. It's definitely swayed our decisions on where we eat and shop while we've been here. It's been fun adding new merchants to the map we find that accept bitcoin as well.

Atlas Shrugged. I just finished John Galt's epic 3 hour speech 🤯 70+ years later and it's still true today and the cycle continues... Just a few chapters left of this masterpiece. Why did I put this book off for so, so long?

OCEAN. Definitely could be exciting especially for a small expanding Pleb Miner like myself but lots of the marketing/website feels like a late night infomercial full of buzzwords. The most glaring. "Decentralized" "Non custodial" Scroll down a little more. "Withdrawal minimums" 🤔 What am I missing?
