Did my best to dispel those objections one by one. Was feeling like whats the use, you either get it or you dont. On the way out of resturant two people came up to me asking to learn more and easiest way to purchase #Bitcoin. We're meeting tomorrow over coffee to discuss on-boarding #Bitcoin. Met Jon, who is blind with an assist dog Jordan, at local gym. He was on an elliptical machine just cranking it out while Jordan slept nearby. Struck up a conversation with him afterwards. Learned that he and wife just returned from week long visit in Scotland hiking trails from town to town, along with Jordan. They plan these hiking trips all over Europe each year for pass 15 years. Was very impressed by his confidence and fortitude despite his perceived limitations. He never let his blindness overwhelm his life it wasn't going to define him. So glad for this encounter, there are no excuses for not engaging in life. Inspiration comes just when we need it.

Knowing the truth can be challenging, seeking the truth is getting harder. In public schools and universities, students are told over and over that truth is relative, or been replaced with an agenda. Truth is devalued, our intellectual lives filled with lies, half truths, deceit. The development of #AI is not to give correct answers, its job is to anthropomorphize...to give answers people like. As Christians, we are called to be truth seekers, to resist the devaluation of truth. Our quest for knowledge may be limited, even muddied with falsehoods at times, but what is important is not how much we know, but rather our attitude toward the truth. The mark of a believer is a person's orientation to truth. A truth seeker believes God is the author of truth and has given us tools...to know Him, His creation, and ourselves, so that we may learn. [John 17:17] An attitude of resistance to the truth is a rejection of Him. Its a way to hide from what He has given us to know. [John 16:13]

How long before the friction of fiat monetary system begins to wear away? Sooner than we think possible, but only if we can avoid the existing mimetic crypto-fiat rivalry. Crypto uses same monetary wealth building structures as fiat, while fiat will use CBDCs to maintain its dominance. Both are using the same tactics to demonstrate which system can generate the greatest yields. Imitation only deepens the rivalry, endangering their individuated identities, and will lead to an escalation to extremes. Manifesting more protective regulations or newer technological advances in cryptography are needed to maintain their perceived dominance. #Bitcoin must avoid entering into such mimetic rivalry with either crypto or fiat. A parallel economic system developed and sustained by Bitcoiners will expose everything that is wrong with the existing crypto-fiat rivalry. Building self sustaining parallel economy with #Bitcoin will take time and perseverance, something that will always eludes those locked in rivalry's.
