There’s roughly 710,000 people that live in my county… the county subsidizes 143 rain barrel kits this year… 3 max per household… several towns, villages did the same… as far as I can tell less then 1500 rain barrels were subsidized in the county… we need more rain barrels…
Oh and the cost per barrel kit was 37.95 if you wanted to buy them…
