The good part of freeze drying low water content products is there isn't a lot of ice to deal with. The next round can go in immediately.

Needed to make a salad dressing for a dinner tonight. Here is my concoction: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, freeze dried mango, freeze dried anise hyssop and bee balm and salt. I think it will be a winner.
One of the beautiful things about freeze dried products is they powder very easily. Great for #baking and making sauces.
