A representation of value given to you (or one you are giving away), value that costed you and others their time leveraged by factors such as (education, strength, skills...) So don't waste that value on meaningless things that don't even bring you joy or, free the time for those things that you truly want to have more of, and even more importantly, save it on an asset that is finite and even deflationary as the time running out for each of us.
