Does anyone know if as with #bitcoin, #nostr has "banned" characters omitted using Base58?

I wonder how possible would be to have a completely offline (Foss of course) app on Android that delivers pre-stored encrypted keys to one or more different clients like Amethyst or Primal for example, thus reducing the risk of spreading and manually inputing nsecs everywhere, also would be cool for it to let you store different key pairs and you choosing which one to use to connect to a certain client or changing it when you consider it necessary.

I have a small channel of 100k sats with ~75k satin favour with a peer that hasn't been online for more than a month, I proceed to close the channel. I get punished with about 50k sats loss on it... How is this? Can someone explain me? Is it some kind of punishment for closing the channel?
