What are some good guides to start learning about bitcoin development?

There is an excess of maxis saying stupid shit all the time. Devs (except for core 90% of the time) actually doing useful things. And people willing to learn in oder to give value but who don't know where to go or what to do. This gap needs to be closed...

Nostr clients need to separate inside people's profiles, the reposts and original notes, from answers to other people's notes. Right now is a mess, most value actually comes from the feed, but I do actually like to dig into valuable profiles for info.

Wondering how difficult would be to create and run a Nostr relay on Python as an app like Syncthing can do with a simple Task Scheduler/Cron Job. Is this of interest to anyone? I mean having your exclusive local relay running on a server or for your desktop every time you boot it to use Nostr on it?
