Had a screening call for a technical support position and although I have some experience helping others with computer issues and professional experience with mobile application support. I mentioned my experience helping others with computers wasn't from a professional job, it automatically disqualified from moving forward, which is understanding and the recruiter thanked me for be honest with her. The mission continues to find an entry level tech job to gain some experience. #onward
