I asked chatgpt the following, "What role did Russia play, if any, in the establishment of the State of Israel?" [Chatgpt] Russia (specifically the Soviet Union, as it was known at the time) played a significant but often underappreciated role in the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948. While it wasn't the primary driver of the Zionist movement (which was mostly Western European and Jewish-led), the USSR made key decisions that helped Israel come into existence: ### 1. **Support for the UN Partition Plan (1947)** * **The Soviet Union was one of the first major powers to endorse the United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine (UN Resolution 181)**, which called for the creation of separate Jewish and Arab states. * Soviet Ambassador **Andrei Gromyko** gave a notable speech at the UN supporting the right of Jews to have their own state after the horrors of the Holocaust. * The USSR and its Eastern Bloc allies voted **in favor of the plan** on November 29, 1947, helping it pass. ### 2. **Early Diplomatic Recognition** * The **Soviet Union was one of the first countries to recognize the State of Israel** de jure, doing so on May 17, 1948, just three days after Israel declared independence. * This recognition gave legitimacy to the new state at a crucial moment. ### 3. **Military Assistance via Czechoslovakia** * The USSR permitted **Czechoslovakia (then a Soviet satellite)** to sell arms to the Jewish militias (Haganah) in 1947–1948. * This was critical: the **Czech arms deal** provided rifles, machine guns, planes, and ammunition that **helped Israel survive the 1948 Arab-Israeli War**. * At the time, Western countries, including the United States, had imposed an arms embargo on the region. ### 4. **Strategic Motives** * Stalin and the Soviet leadership initially hoped that a socialist-leaning Jewish state might undermine British colonial influence in the Middle East and challenge Western power in the region. * However, when Israel aligned more with the West during the Cold War, Soviet policy shifted, and the USSR became more pro-Arab and anti-Israel in the following decades. ### Summary: The Soviet Union—contrary to popular assumptions—played a **crucial supporting role in the diplomatic and military emergence of Israel** in 1947–1948. However, its support was driven by strategic interests rather than ideological alignment with Zionism or long-term commitment to Israel. Let me know if you want more on the Soviet-Israel relationship after 1948.

Don’t be cute. After this video was recorded, Israel emboldened, began mercilessly bombing Palestine. Colonisation is the root cause of the turmoil in West Asia and Israel is the main instigator of trashing Intl law by bulldozing peoples houses. Israel should be grateful if two states are formed because they don’t deserve to stay at all. Palestinians will have a state, it is the very least, they could kick out the Zionists & the peaceful Jews could stay but this seems unlikely because of Jewish extremism & the usefulness of Israel as a proxy for America/NATO, just as useful to them as Nazi Germany was/is. Trump might be an upgrade & a more positive trajectory but he still represents American hegemony in all its fallen glory.

The coward’s creed. (Sony Thang on X) The philosophy of those who have already surrendered. “The strong do as they please, the weak suffer what they must." You parrot Thucydides, but you miss the lesson. Athens spoke those words in arrogance. And Athens fell. Because brute power alone is never enough. Because history is not kind to those who believe in nothing but force. Because empires built on conquest, cruelty, and arrogance all meet the same fate—ruins. You think you sound wise. You sound broken. Stripped of any belief in justice, in right and wrong, in anything beyond power. And that is exactly how those who rule you want you to think. That nothing can change. That the boot on your neck is just the way of the world. That the crimes of empire are simply 'how things are.' You repeat the logic of tyrants as if it were wisdom. It is not. It is submission. It is the lie told by every ruler, every conqueror, every butcher—to justify their crimes. And the only ones who repeat it are those who have already accepted their chains. Not me. Not ever. Because if history teaches anything, it is this: The strong do as they please—until they don’t. The weak suffer—until they rise. And those who think themselves invincible always learn, too late, that power is never permanent. That is the real rule. And that is why your masters fear the world that is coming.

TikTok Muslims have quoted that Allah does not like to see women grieve. Many mothers are weeping the loss of their children to ethnic cleansing, starvation & war. I trust God & I am getting more patient the older I get.

Some leaders have chosen to work with corrupt mass murdering intelligence agencies, to combine an effort to combat so called 'terror' they have killed Sheiks & then had the audicity to complain about how difficult it is to negotiate peace with the 'hardliners' steadfastness on display in the background because that courage makes them look weak. I don't think it is a coincidence that the 'party of God' & the Yemeni resistance are being targetted & attacked by much bigger military powers, it has a green light from some governments in the region who are preserving the return of Israel as a functioning country in the region, it is a choice but it is also about the consolidation of power. There is a line in the holy Quran about Muslims needing to fight but not wanting to, not realising that it is inevitable one way or another, these battles cannot be deferred, the can kicked further down the road, the lipstick on the pig. The battle is for a man's soul. I imagine you think that so called 'terrorists' make the region appear unsafe to outsiders &, you would like to showcase your Culture internationally, that's one idea, the other is that the region is stained by Israel torturing and imprisoning Palestinians for near eighty years without the world being able to stop them, international law is humiliated in Gaza & the bar for human rights in West Asia will remain low until the legitimacy of Israel is properly addressed. Israel has refused to recognise Palestine as a State. Stop fuckibg around.
