I need to renew my mortgage (canada)
Bank offered:
A) variable 6.25% 5y
B) fixed 4.99% 3y
I'm leaning towards B) but that is an offer that existed before the 0.25 cut... which makes me wonder if they are gonna propose a better or worst deal soon?
I could also probably switch to an online lender like Nesto and get better rates, but this include some hassles.

Hi everyone!
I’m please to announce I’ve accepted a new role at my kids soccer team as Chief of Staff, Referee and Head Coach.
The pay is non-existent and the conditions are horrible, but I have so much fun yelling at 10 years olds.
I will write my bio to third person now so you can treat me with PhD level respect.

Every time I’m trying to leverage the type system I want to go back to JS.
