where can I spend sats in Hội An #vietnam?

I'm in Vietnam on vacation. a lot of venues will tack on the 3% for using Visa. perfect opportunity to orange pill, right? so far people are pretty receptive. when you tell them fees are less than 0.1% compared to 3. I've gotten two people to install Strike so far. I sent one lady 10,000 sats and I was like congratulations you now have Bitcoin! but then she's like ok so what do I do with it?? selling the Bitcoin only gets them USDT. and we couldn't figure out how to get VND. then in order to pull it out into a local bank, they have to give up their account number and everything which a lot of people are reluctant to do over fraud concerns. it's un uphill sell telling them they just have to find someone else who will accept Bitcoin.
