Yepyei, physical outdoor work, gardening, fixing, cleaning and building - everything what I can create with my hands and see the immediate results, is so good to my mind, body and soul. The last photo is taken after I hit my thumb with the rubber hammer😂 It wasn't the first and propably not going to be the last time either. That pain is quite intense for a while😛 But, I have learned, that if I accidently hurt my self or break something, it's usually a sign , that I didn't take a break in time- that's when my focus slips😊🙏

THIS🔔🙏 Woooh, my body is shaking and my heart beats really fast. I feel like it's too big to fit in my body. Sitting outside, but feeling really warm. One day, I hope I can tell my story, how and why things went how they went. How I ended up in such a sad situation and how hard it was, and still is, to build my life back again and again from the start. But Children- they are the main reason that keeps me going, no matter what. I know how it feels to be left alone, betrayed, bullied, blamed, abused and isolated. Fuck that shit and poor people. I feel so sorry for your emptiness. My light and energy is mine. I will always come back and rise. Stronger and wiser than ever🔥🔥🙏
