The company I work for is big on employee health and well being. They give an annual stipend for fitness classes and/or equipment. It's not uncommon to jump on a meeting with folks that just got off their spin bike on their lunch break. It permeates the company culture; high energy, fit, motivated individuals. I'm incredibly fortunate.
