I've been baking my own sourdough bread for 12+ years πŸ€“ ever since our first born started solids and the white British toast bread was being recommended by many πŸ–•πŸ» My bread has only 4 ingredients: πŸ«™ Sourdough starter ( a living culture of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria - fermented goodies for a healthy gut) 🌾 Wheat / rye flour πŸ’¦ Water πŸ§‚ Himalayan salt It's a 1000+g loaf and I can only bake 2-3 loaves a day because it's our little family project to teach our kids how to bake, price your work and interact with people at a professional level while delivering it for SATs @Satscraft_RC How much does a 1kg sourdough bread cost in the place you live?
