I've been baking my own sourdough bread for 12+ years π€ ever since our first born started solids and the white British toast bread was being recommended by many ππ»
My bread has only 4 ingredients:
π« Sourdough starter ( a living culture of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria - fermented goodies for a healthy gut)
πΎ Wheat / rye flour
π¦ Water
π§ Himalayan salt
It's a 1000+g loaf and I can only bake 2-3 loaves a day because it's our little family project to teach our kids how to bake, price your work and interact with people at a professional level while delivering it for SATs @Satscraft_RC
