Today I started with my eyes closed and relaxed, thinking of words as I moved through the alphabet. Eventually one word carried emotional weight, and I noticed where it landed in my body. The first word to really “hit” was the most intense, almost attached to my heart. I stayed with the feeling, tried to understand why it was there, and then consciously released it outward into the universe. It felt like a living meditation, different from my usual practice. It left me very tired afterward.

Grateful for memory loss. No sass 💁🏻‍♀️ Not sure my heart nor mind could handle everything. Genuinely. 💜
