The KLF, also known as The Justified Ancients of Mu Mu, was a British electronic music duo formed by Bill Drummond and Jimmy Cauty in the late 1980s. As a part of their departure, they decided to burn one million pounds sterling (equivalent to roughly 1.5 million US dollars at the time) in cash.
